1. A completed Ultimate Taekwondo (TKD) Membership Registration Form.
2. A completed Jamaica Taekwondo Membership Form.
3. Three (3) passport sized photographs.
4. A small interview with Head Instructor.
5. A sweat pants, training t-shirt and sneakers (for gym area/running).
6. Come to class with a Positive outlook/attitude.

We start children at 4 years old but for adults there is no age limit but we do recommend getting the okay for your doctor if you have certain ailments. E.g. asthma, hypertension, arthritis and other joint issues etc

Fees are as follows:

• $5,000.00 – per month TKD fees
• $14,000 – 3 months TKD fees
• $27,000 – 6 months TKD fees
• $54,000 – 12 months TKD fees
• $2,000.00 per year Membership fee
